Escaping the snowy weather

Travel agencies are getting slammed with calls from those looking for an escape into the sunshine.

Here at Sun Travel in East Providence. They’ve been mobbed with people wanting to head to a warmer climate.

Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean are on the minds of many lately and the packages aren’t cheap.

The price of trips are doubling because of February vacation, but for some the price doesn’t matter when they see images of beaches, palm trees and sand.

While much of New England is flocking to places like Florida for some warmer weather, people there are actually fleeing the sun… And heading to Colorado and Montana for the snow!
