Fall River man convicted of intimidating a witness
FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn III said that a 27-year-old Fall River man was convicted for intimidating a witness in a criminal case.
Brandan Tessier was charged with intimidation of a witness for threatening a victim for testifying against a person known to him.
The victim who was threatened had been served with a subpoena to testify in a murder trial and was preparing to testify in the case.
