Fall River man dies after industrial accident on Martha’s Vineyard

MARHTA’S VINEYARD, Mass. (WLNE) — District Attorney Robert Galibois said that a Fall River man died after sustaining injuries after an industrial accident on Martha’s Vineyard on Feb. 11.

32-yar-old Jose Luis Collaguazo Crespo died after falling from a second story ladder onto a cement floor.

First responders arrived at the apartment construction site around 7:45 a.m. when they transported Crespo to the hospital, where he was declared dead.

A preliminary investigation ruled the incident an accident.

The incident is under investigation.
