Fall River man facing multiple drug trafficking charges

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) – Fall River police arrested a man on multiple drug trafficking charges, says Lieutenant Jay. Huard on Tuesday.
Devyn Barbosa, 26, of Fall River was arrested and charged with the following:
- Trafficking a class A substance over 32 grams
- Trafficking a class B substance over 18 grams
- Possession with intent to distribute a class B controlled substance
- Possession of a class E controlled substance
- Possession of a large capacity feeding device
The Fall River Police Vice and Intelligence Unit conducted a search at 1603 Pleasant Street on Tuesday afternoon.
After a search of the apartment, police say the following items were located in both the apartment and attached storage area:
- 35 blue glassine bags of suspected fentanyl
- 15 Alprozolam pills
- 4 Suboxone sublingual films
- A plastic bag containing 21.3 grams of suspected crack cocaine
- 45.6 grams of suspected fentanyl
- $3,496 seized U.S. Currency
- One large capacity feeding device made to contain 45 rounds of 5.56 ammunition
- Digital scale
