Fall River mom recovering after being hit by a van

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A Fall River mom is recovering in the hospital after she was hit by a van.
Nisa Cote was crossing the road near Hartwell Street when she was struck.
According to officials, the man driving the van was unlicensed and at least would be charged with that.
In a GoFundMe, a loved one of Cote shared that she had 9 broken ribs and a broken collarbone.
“Nisa has 2 young children at home and will be out of work for months recovering from her injuries,” the GoFundMe states.
So far, $1,175 has been raised.
