Fall River Most Wanted suspect captured

FALL RIVER, MASS. — A murder suspect out of Fall River who topped Massachusetts most wanted list was captured late Monday night.

16-year-old Jayden Smith is accused of killing Jerrod Cohen back in July.

He was ranked number one on the Fall River Police Department’s most wanted list and was recently added to the Massachusetts State Police Most Wanted list.

Smith is set to be arraigned Tuesday morning.

Another teenager, 16-year-old Joel Lopez, has already been charged with murder in the case.
