Fall River Police arrest man for breaking and entering into a vehicle

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department said it has arrested a man after he allegedly broke into a vehicle on Feb. 3.
Around 11:45 p.m., police were patrolling the area of Bowler Street, Doyle Street, and Crane Street after the neighborhood had multiple motor vehicle break-ins.
While monitoring the area, police said a man was seen exhibiting “suspicious behavior.”
Shortly after, Fall River police said they located 29-year-old Jeremy Dailey inside a vehicle that he did not own.
After the owner of the vehicle told police that Dailey had illegally entered the vehicle, the defendant was taken into custody without incident.
Dailey was charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle at night.
