Fall River Police have man in custody after shots fired incident

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department said a man was taken into custody after a shots fired incident on North Main Street.

Police said they were called around 5:20 p.m. after multiple reports of shots being heard.

Officers found shell casings in the area and shortly after tracked down a suspect who was in possession of a firearm.

No victims have been located.
