UPDATE: Fall River Police locate missing elderly man

FALL RIVER, M.A. – Fall River Police have successfully located an elderly man with dementia who was reported missing on Thursday.

Police say Furtado does not appear have any life threatening injuries and is undergoing medical evaluation at this time. 

Authorities were searching for 69-year-old Thomas Furtado, who was last seen in the area of State Avenue, and believed to be on foot.
