Fall River Police to host Halloween Open House

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department said it is hosting its first Halloween Open House on Halloween night.

The department said the event is a “safe environment for local kids to trick or treat” and as a way to meet local emergency responders.

There will also be a door decorating contest.
