FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department is warning the public about a fake social media post circulating online.

The department said the post details an incident where a two-year-old with significant injuries was dropped off at the police station, and that police do not know the child’s identity.

Police said the post is fake, and no such incident occurred.
