Fall River residents can get Market Basket gift card with vaccine

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) – This week, Fall River residents can get a $25 grocery gift card if they get their first COVID-19 shot at Market Basket’s pop-up clinic.

The Market Basket at 600 William S Canning Blvd. is offering first dose clinics through the month of June.

The Pfizer vaccine will be given to anyone ages 12 and older. The single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine will also be available.

Second dose clinics will be held from the end of June through the first week of July.

No appointment is necessary, and ID and health insurance information are not required.

If you need a ride to Market Basket, Lyft is offering free rides to vaccine clinics. Text “free ride ” to 833-460-2202 for a code.
