Fall River teen to be arraigned on murder charge

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) – The juvenile suspect in a Fall River homicide investigation will go before a judge Tuesday afternoon.

The Bristol County District Attorney’s office identified Michael Holloway, 16, of Fall River as the suspect in the stabbing death of 17-year-old William Wheeler late Wednesday night in Fall River.

Holloway was arrested Thursday in West Warwick in connection with the homicide.

Holloway is being transported back to Massachusetts by State Police detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s office.

He will be arraigned Tuesday afternoon in Fall River District Court on a single count of murder.

The case is under continuing investigation by Homicide Unit prosecutors.
