Fall River to unveil trolley

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The city is set to unveil a new form of transportation for the city of Fall River, starting on June 1.

The trolley has 12 selected spots with designed signage, according to a recent release.

These signs showcase area maps but also highlight key attractions in the city, allowing riders to seamlessly navigate and immerse themselves in Fall River.
QR codes featured on the signage provide instant access to a user-friendly ticketing portal and a real-time tracking app.
The trolley will run on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

2. Santo Christo Church & Columbia Street
3. St. Anne’s Church & Shrine & Kennedy Park
4. St. Mary’s Cathedral & Lizzie Borden House
5 Lower Highlands & Troy Street
6. Historic Highlands & Little Theater Firebarn
7. Oak Grove Cemetery & Lizzie Borden’s Grave
8. Portugalia Marketplace
9. Purchase St. District
10. North Main Street
11. Bicentennial Park & Boardwalk
12. Lafayette-Durfee House
