Fans react to Tom Brady’s reinstated suspension

Donald trump voicing the opinion of many New England patriots fans Monday morning, after Tom Brady’s 4 game suspension- for his alleged involvement in deflating footballs in 2015-was reinstated. Many patriots fans feel the team is being singled out.

"I think it is absolutely ridiculous, they hate us cause they ain’t us,"says Patriots fan Jay Clark.

"We have Aaron Rodgers, Brett Favre, numerous quarterbacks across the league all admitting they manipulate the footballs. So why are the patriots being singled out?"asks Jacob Belt, a life-long Patriots fan.

Belt has been a season ticket holder for 25 years. While he disagrees with the decision to uphold the penalty NFL commissioner Roger Goodell originally imposed- he feels the patriots will be just fine without their fearless leader for 4 games.

"In the NFL it is all about defense so if our defense really plays well and Jimmy can put a few touchdowns up, we can win all four of those games,"he adds.

Others are not as optimistic.

"Of course it is going to hurt the team. We have one of the best quarterbacks in the history of football, taken out for what? 25 percent of the entire season? It’s unbelievable. I don’t even know how this Goodell has a job,"says Patriots fan, Mark Engdahl.

Regardless of the decision, fans are sticking by Brady, and still believe he is innocent.

"There going to win another one, Tom is going to get his fifth, so lets hope and go pats!" says Patriots fan, Nick Andreozzi.
