Feelin’ The Heat For Friday!
It’s been beautiful so far this Thursday, but we have more to talk about as we head toward the weekend!
With low pressure off to our northwest this evening, a few clouds may creep in. A stray shower is in store for the Bay State, and while it isn’t overly likely, we could see a drip or drop in parts of northern Providence and Bristol (MA) counties. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 50s overnight.
Friday starts sunny, and temperatures get a big boost as we head into the afternoon! We’ll see highs inland in the mid to upper 70s, while closer to the coast we’ll be in the mid to upper 60s. Toasty for this time of year! Clouds increase throughout the afternoon as our next storm moves closer.
That storm arrives on Saturday, driving rain starting in the morning. Rain will be heavy at times during the first half of the day. We’ll get a brief break in the afternoon before a few more showers and pockets of heavy rain come through in the late afternoon/early evening. We could also hear a few rumbles of thunder during that time as well.
The rain is gone by Sunday, but the temperatures fall too. Highs will be on either side of 60 degrees. We’ll see some sun during the day, but don’t be shocked if you see a few clouds creep in in the afternoon.
