Field of Screams in West Greenwich will not open for 2024 season

WEST GREENWICH, R.I. (WLNE) — One of the largest haunted attractions in Rhode Island will not be opening for the 2024 season.

It will stay closed for the foreseeable future, according to the owner.

Field of Screams, a haunted hayride located in West Greenwich, has been operating for 25 years.

The Halloween attraction located on a tree farm is known for its Zombie paintball and a 4D Haunted Maze called Cirque de Sol.

Owner Tim Leyden thanked those who supported the attraction in a Facebook post last night.
