Fire at Norton trailer park displaces 2

NORTON, Mass. (WLNE) — The Norton Fire Department extinguished a fire at a trailer park on Mansfield Avenue Friday morning.

Fire was observed coming out of the back of the trailer and the incident was under control after around 25 minutes.

An 85-year-old was able to escape the trailer and was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for injuries.

The home was deemed a total loss and two residents were displaced.

The Mansfield Fire Department, Attleboro Fire Department, and North Attleboro Fire Department provided mutual aid.
