Fire breaks out at Snip-Its in Seekonk

SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE) — Crews responded to a fire in Seekonk this morning.

The fire broke out at Snip-Its at 231C Highland Avenue.

There was no damage to the surrounding buildings, which included Party City and Michael’s Craft store.

According to fire officials, the fire was minor.

The building is closed for the day as officials conduct an electrical inspection.

The fire is currently under investigation.
