Fire breaks out at vacant school building in Fall River
FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A fire broke out at the former Frank M. Silvia School building on Hartwell Street in Fall River Saturday.
Video sent to ABC 6 showed smoke billowing into the sky from the building.
