Fire engulfs car in East Providence

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The East Providence Fire Department said they responded to a fully involved vehicle fire yesterday afternoon.

It happened on Aberdeen Road in the driveway of a single family residence.

While the car was in close proximity to the house, crews were able to extinguish the fire quickly.

There were no injuries. 

The cause of the fire was undetermined.
