Fire in Glocester displaces family of 3

The Glocester Police department responds to a fire that displaced a family of three.

Officials responded to a call about a fire on 88 Burlingame Lane on May 2 at 1:28 pm.

No injuries were reported but the fire displaced a family of three, two adults and one child.

The American Red Cross is assisting the family with emergency housing, clothes, toothbrushes, shaving equipment, deodorant and personal care supplies.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
