Fire spreads to three houses in East Providence

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- The East Providence Fire Department responded to reports of a fire on Pine St. Tuesday morning.
Fire Chief Glenn Quick tells ABC6 that the fire started in the garage of 29 Pine St. and then spread to three different houses.
Crews on scene were able to put out the fire in about an hour.
No one was initially seen hurt on the scene. However, the department has since gotten reports of a person who had been burned and left the scene, according to Chief Quick.
They are investigating the injury and also the cause of the fire.
