Firefighters battle blaze at Seekonk apartment complex
SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE) — Canteen firefighters from Providence assisted in putting out a fire in an apartment complex in Seekonk Saturday morning.
According to officials, the fire broke out around 8 a.m. at 25 Chapel St. and caused heavy damage to the inside and outside of a second-story apartment.

Photos show heavy smoke damage and siding from the building warped and melting off its façade.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
