Firefighters battle blaze in Providence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Fire Department responded to a house fire on Whittier Avenue early Sunday morning.

The Providence Canteen said that the fire occurred around 7:30 a.m. at a three story home.

ABC6 News crews on scene saw fire and smoke damage around the building’s windows.
