Firefighters respond to blaze in East Bridgewater

EAST BRIDGEWATER, Mass. (WLNE) — Firefighters fought a house fire in East Bridgewater on Sunday.

The Providence Canteen said on social media that it is on North Bedford Street for a second alarm fire.

The East Bridgewater Fire Department said that the call for the fire came in around 12 p.m. and the house had flames showing.

All occupants of the home were able to get out and there were no injuries.

The building has also been determined to be a total loss.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Multiple fire departments provided mutual aid.

Pictures posted by the canteen showed smoke and flames spewing out of the home.
