Former Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira will now face a military court

DIGHTON, Mass. (WLNE) — Sources told ABC that Former Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira of Dighton will now face a military court.   

Teixeira pled guilty in federal court to charges related to leaking classified information of the United States Government in April. 

Now Teixeira will face the military court, which can prosecute a service member who has already been convicted in federal court.  

The trial will take place at the Hanscom Air Force Base, with the date to be determined. 

Sentencing in the federal court case will happen in September.
