Former Bradley Hospital employee arrested for allegedly soliciting a minor

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The East Providence Police Department said that a former employee at Bradley Hospital was arrested on July 10 for allegedly soliciting a minor.
33-year-old Jose Montanez was charged with second degree sexual assault, third degree sexual assault, and indecent solicitation of a minor.
Bradley Hospital released a statement which said that Montanez was fired after an internal review:
On June 11, an allegation of sexual assault involving a behavioral health specialist and a patient at Bradley Hospital was reported to a clinical supervisor. In accordance with our zero-tolerance policy for misconduct, the employee was immediately placed on leave, and we implemented an internal investigation which resulted in the employee’s termination. The situation was also promptly reported to the Department of Children, Youth and Families, Rhode Island Department of Health and the Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals, and the East Providence Police Department. We are fully cooperating with law enforcement and regulatory agencies in their investigations.
