Former North Scituate Fire Chief Timothy Homerston has been arrested and charged for three sexual assaults.
Homerston was arraigned after his arrest Monday afternoon.
Prosecutors say he assaulted three adult males between February 2015 and February 2016.
Homerston was charged with four counts of second degree sexual assault, three counts of simple assault, and one count of indecent exposure.
The former Fire Chief resigned from his post and from the Chopmist Hill Volunteer Fire Department back in March after a no-confidence vote from the fire board.
