Four Brockton teens charged in connection to Raynham vehicle break-ins
RAYNHAM, Mass. (WLNE) — The Raynham Police Department said four juveniles were charged in connection to vehicle break-ins Monday morning.
Around 3 a.m., police responded to a report of a car that had been broken into on King Street.
At the scene, officers discovered another vehicle had been broken into on Princess Lane.
After receiving a surveillance video, police noted two suspects wearing hooded sweatshirts, backpacks, and face masks.
Police called for assistance, and soon located four teenagers attempting to leave in a rideshare vehicle.
According to Raynham police, the teens were wearing hooded sweatshirts, masks, and gloves, which were “consistent with the surveillance video,” as well as found stolen property “consistent with vehicle break-ins.”
The teenagers – ages 15, 16, 16, and 17, of Brockton – were taken into custody and later released to adults at the police station.
All four suspects are expected to appear in Taunton Juvenile Court.
