Fourth suspect in fatal Fall River shooting held without bail

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The fourth suspect in the March 14 fatal Fall River shooting is being held without bail.

Ammanie Chiclana appeared in court in Fall River Friday facing murder charges.

He was arrested in Stoughton on Thursday in connection with the shooting of Colus Jamal Mills-Good.

The three other defendants,  Jadyn Ortiz, Xzavien Figueroa-Valcarel and Giovanni Nunes were charged with accessory after the fact and held on bail in the amounts of $500,000 and $250,000.

The four men are accused of driving by Mills-Good last Thursday on Rock Street in Fall River, getting out of their vehicle and shooting Mills-Good several times before fleeing the scene.

Mills-Good was rushed to a local hospital where he later died.

Chiclana will next appear in court on April 22.
