Freetown Police investigating theft of several truck tailgates

FREETOWN, M.A. – Police are seeking any information in regards to three recent thefts of pick up truck tailgates.

According to the Freetown Police Department, tailgates from newer model Ford “Super Duty” trucks have been stolen from the East Freetown area within the past week.

The tailgates have an estimated value of up to $3,500, and include accessories such as back up cameras, step ladders, and boarding handles.
