Freetown Police seek help to find owner of car door

FREETOWN, M.A. – Freetown Police are trying to track down the driver of a car who side swiped a tractor trailer Tuesday and left behind their car door at the scene.

They’re trying to track down the person responsible by posting a photo on their Facebook page.

According to police it happened around 5 p.m. last night on County Road.

The person failed to stop after hitting the tractor trailer and continued south into New Bedford on Route 18.

The car is believed to be a grey hybrid.
