Freezing rain possible overnight!
While most of our Tuesday is calm and quiet, we do have more active weather on the way!
Today will be mostly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 30s. This evening, our next storm arrives. This one will just brush Southern New England, but the result is some showers and some potential for freezing rain, especially in northern Rhode Island. For that reason, there is a Winter Weather Advisory for Providence, Kent, an Bristol (MA) Counties from 7 PM Tuesday – 10 AM Wednesday. Be careful if you have to get behind the wheel!
Wednesday becomes a bit brighter in the afternoon, and highs will be in the low to mid 40s.
Thursday is mostly sunny and in the mid 40s as well! Overall, a nice day to get outside!
Friday, while topping out around 50, will also bring wet weather. We’re keeping an eye on showers Friday, as well as some heavy rain over the weekend.
