From soggy to sunny in time for Thanksgiving

While the clock ticks away toward Thanksgiving day, Mother Nature still has us contending with the clouds this Wednesday morning. Expect them to stick around throughout most of the day. We’ll also have some mist & drizzle and a shower or two throughout the day as well as some quick-moving rain late this evening, though most of Wednesday stays dry. It’s also a very warm day for this time of year with highs topping out around 60 degrees!

The pattern changes entirely for Thanksgiving Day. As our current storm moves out, we’ll wind up breezier, sunnier and cooler. Highs will be in the mid 40s. Thanks to a stiff breeze out of the northwest, we may have a few midday clouds, and interior New England may see a flurry.

Friday and Saturday are even cooler. Both days will be mostly sunny with highs in the low 40s. They’ll be breezy as well, especially Friday.

Clouds move back in on Sunday ahead of our next storm. That will bring more rain Sunday evening/overnight, with a few showers lingering on Monday as well.

Have a wonderful holiday!
