“The Giana,” named after Gianna Cirella, is two chocolate chip pancakes, two slices of bacon, and hash browns. The Toll Gate High School student had emergency surgery to amputate part of her leg but later died from complications of a blood infection in 2017.

“The Maddie,” named after Maddie Potts, features a sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The 17-year-old collapsed during a soccer game in September of 2017 and later died of a brain aneurysm.

“The Matty Denn,” named after Matthew Dennison, is a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel with a side of hash browns. The West Warwick-Exeter-West Greenwich hockey player passed away from injuries after being hit by a drunk driver in March.

“The Olivia,” named after Olivia Passaretti, consists of chicken and waffles with a large chocolate milk. The 17-year-old had been tragically killed on New Year’s Day after her car was struck by a driver under the influence in a hit-and-run.

“I love like helping other people especially when it comes to children and the restaurant is actually the perfect spot to do it because you meet so many different people, there’s so many people that want to help and that want to get involved, we have the best customers in the world who always want to donate,” Owner Angelica Penta said.

In a Facebook post Tuesday, the restaurant said a percentage of the sales from those dishes will be donated to each teenager’s foundation.
