Getting around Boston on Marathon Monday
BOSTON, Mass. (WLNE) –The MBTA has made some service changes to accommodate marathon traffic.
The green, red, orange, blue and silver lines will operate on a regular weekday schedule, with additional services before and after the race.
Bus route one will operate on an increased Saturday schedule until nine p.m. tonight, so travelers can access both sides of the marathon route.
The Framingham-Worcester commuter rail line will also offer additional inbound and outbound trips.
And ten dollar weekend holiday passes on the commuter rail will grant unlimited travel through all zones and stations today.
