Gloria Gemma 5K raises funds for breast cancer

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Gloria Gemma 5K was held at the Rhode Island State House Sunday.

Organizers said that the event raised $169,165 for breast cancer research.

The Rhode Island State Troopers Association said several active and retired women troopers took part in the event, and a police cruiser decorated for breast cancer awareness was at the event.
