‘Good boy alert’: Rehoboth K-9 Edo thanked by Taunton for finding gun wanted in case

REHOBOTH, Mass. (WLNE) — A Rehoboth police K-9 was thanked by Taunton police for helping them with a search on Wednesday.

Police say K-9 Edo was called in to assist Taunton police detectives with a search involving a gun from a case that’s “still under investigation.”

K-9 Edo headed over to Taunton and was able to find the gun within 15 minutes.

“We are extremely grateful we could help out and keep our neighboring communities safe,” wrote Rehoboth police.
