PROVIDENCE, RI- ‘See me now’ and ‘lonely’ are the words 18-year-old Devin Costa is accused of painting on a historic downtown Providence building, along with pink paint smeared across the Biltmore garage.
Ten days after police released surveillance photos of Costa with a pink paint roller and his face covered he faced a judge, charged with vandalism.
Police say Costa is responsible for several graffiti projects in the city and that he would hang over the roof to paint the sides of the building.
The not so artistic paintings were done at night and in some incidents, he allegedly broke into the building to complete his mischievous deed.
Costa was granted $25,000 bail. He’ll be back in court May 26th.
