Heavy travel to come with spring break period

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The spring break travel period begins Thursday, and the Transportation Security Administration says it runs through March 25th.

Make sure to give yourself extra time during this period if you are traveling.

As of now, 267 flights have been delayed and 82 have ben canceled.

Six delays and three cancelations have been reported at Boston’s Logan International Airport so far.

There are no reported cancelations or delays at TF Green right now.
