Hello Sunshine!!!

Gorgeous weather prevails in the region.  Fabulous sunshine with mild temperatures for most.  Communities along the coast will be on the cooler side due to sea breezes developing.  Expect temperatures to range from 40s to 50s along the coast.  Inland temperatures will range from 50s to 60s.  This abundant sunshine will extend into tomorrow with milder temperatures.  Once again sea breezes will impact the coast once again with temperatures in the 60s to near 70 along interior areas, cooler coast.  Thursday night into Friday we’ll see clouds increase with chance of rain and temperatures back to the 50s, still above average.  Saturday we’ll get to enjoy dry weather with a mix of sun and clouds around 50.  Remains dry Saturday night with clouds.  Rain moves back in on Sunday, mid 50s.  Inching back to seasonable as we head into next week with partly to mostly sunny skies.
