Friday is the calm before the storm, as Central Falls prepares to welcome Secretary Hillary Clinton to Central Falls High School’s gymnasium.

Mayor James Diossa commented on their preparations for Saturday’s visit. "We’re ensuring that people are parking in the right location, are finding the high school easily…and again doors open at 2:30 so crowd control."

In terms of security, the rest is in the hands of the secret service.

Luckily for Mayor Diossa the city has hosted the presidential candidate before.

"We have staff that was involved when she came in 2008 so we’re very well prepared. "

Meanwhile Governor John Kasich’s Town Hall at Bryant University is expected to draw hundreds Saturday morning. The school actually had to reconfigure its plans and relocate that event to the University’s Rotunda.

And to round out the weekend, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders just announced his visit to the capital city…he’ll be coming to Roger Williams park Temple of Music Sunday morning.
