Hit-and-run suspect arrested while out on bail

COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) – A hit-and-run suspect out on bail was arrested in Coventry Thursday.

Police said William Fallon, 35, of Coventry, was arrested Thursday after Coventry Police learned he was operating a motor vehicle in violation of his bail conditions.

Fallon was out on bail after a 2017 indictment of Driving to Endanger – Death Resulting and Duty to Stop – Death Resulting.

Fallon was held overnight at the Coventry Police Department and is scheduled to be arraigned in front of a judge Friday afternoon.
