Homefront Health Care to close, over 450 Rhode Islanders impacted

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – One of Rhode Island’s largest non-profit Medicaid homecare providers is closing.

Homefront Health Care in Cranston will close by the end of business Friday.

The closure will impact over 450 homebound Rhode Islanders receiving care through the nonprofit.

Homefront Health is working to make sure those seniors can transition easily to another home care provider.
