Hopkinton man arrested after series of explosions reported

HOPKINTON, R.I. (WLNE) — An arrest has been made following a report of explosions heard last night in Hopkinton. 

Hopkinton Police determined the explosions were coming from Clarks Falls Road, where they arrested 20-year-old Daniel Bill. 

Bill was charged and arraigned by a justice of the peace for detonating an explosive device. 

Police say that more arrests are possible and that the investigation is ongoing.
