Hours away from Rain

A warm front is on the way to Southern New England for Monday. As a result, expect increasing clouds overnight tonight and patchy fog to develop near dawn. Humidity will increase as well. Monday morning is looking pretty quiet through the early commute, when we have the slightest chance of a shower. Monday afternoon when the front comes through, we will see a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms. Our rainfall potential won’t be enough to get us out of the drought, but we could see half an inch with higher amounts in thunderstorms. Unsettled weather holds on through Tuesday as well. Wednesday through the following weekend look mostly sunny, seasonable and downright pleasant summertime days.
