The Rhode Island Department of Transportation tweeted early Thursday morning that I-95 is back open in both directions at Thurbers Avenue in Providence.  That’s at Exit 18.

All lanes had been blocked for awhile overnight because of flooding. A RIDOT camera over I-95 showed flooding near the overpass.

At around 4:30am, RIDOT tweeted that both sides of I-95 had been cleared of flooding.
