ICE arrests Haitian illegal immigrant with multiple convictions and charges

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said it arrested a Haitian illegal immigrant in New Bedford.
21-year-old Queenssy Bryan Lindor has had multiple convictions and faces sex crime charges, which ICE said makes him a “substantial threat” to Massachusetts.
“Queenssy Bryan Lindor stands accused of some unspeakable crimes, when combined with his convictions prove that he represents a substantial threat to the residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,” ICE ERO acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde said. “We refuse to allow law-abiding New Englanders to be subjected to such a menace. ICE Boston will continue to prioritize public safety by arresting and removing illegal alien offenders from our neighborhoods.”
ICE said Lindor was first arrested by U.S. Border Patrol after he illegally entered the country near Del Rio, Texas on Nov. 21, 2019, but was later released on order of recognizance.
On Sept. 14, 2023, Lindor was convicted for assault and battery, and sentenced to 30 days.
On Nov. 30, 2023, Lindor was indicted and charged with two counts of rape, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years and older, possession of child pornography, witness intimidation, and violation of a harassment prevention order.
Lindor was convicted for violation of a harassment prevention order on Sept. 20, 2024, and sentenced to probation.
On Feb. 5, 2025, ICE arrested Lindor in New Bedford.
