ICE says it detained man with prior assault conviction
BROCKTON, Mass. (WLNE) — ERO Boston said that it detained a man in Brockton who had previously illegally re-entered the country twice and had prior criminal convictions.
Oscar Lopez-Perez was said to have been deported twice and had a prior conviction for assault and battery.

He was also charged for alleged drunk driving.
